- Empower and encourage employees to question any product, process, procedure or work instruction that does not meet the Quality Policy's objectives.
- Identify the root cause(s) of customer concerns and nonconformities in products or processes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
- Reduce or eliminate processes and procedures that do not bring value to S & S or its customers.
- Work with customers, employees and suppliers in an open and ethical manner.
